The Impact You'll Make
As our Senior Software Test Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of embedded software products by driving strong test strategies and scalable automation solutions across the development lifecycle.
Your impact? You’ll help deliver defect‑free, production‑ready software by identifying issues early, strengthening regression coverage, and accelerating feedback cycles. Your work will improve release confidence, reduce post‑release defects, and enhance product stability—benefiting development teams, system integrators, and end customers who rely on dependable software in real‑world environments.
You’ll collaborate closely with embedded software developers, system architects, QA, and DevOps teams, and take ownership of test planning, automation frameworks, API and UI test suites, and team guidance, helping us move toward a more efficient, quality‑driven, and automation‑first engineering future.
What You’ll Be Doing

Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks using Robot Framework to ensure high‑quality embedded software releases

Building and enhancing custom automation libraries using Python and TCL to improve test coverage, reusability, and efficiency

Driving API, UI, and embedded software testing, ensuring reliable functionality across complex systemsPreparing and owning test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on product requirements and design specifications

Collaborating closely with embedded software developers, system architects, and DevOps teams to identify gaps and resolve issues early in the development lifecycle

Actively participating in SDLC and STLC activities, contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes

Analyzing defects, performing root‑cause analysis, and supporting faster resolution to minimize delivery risk

Supporting manual and automated testing of communication and fieldbus protocols where requiredContinuously improving test effectiveness to reduce regression risk and increase release confidence
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in testing software products using API Automation Testing tools
- Experience in developing test automation suites using Robot Framework
- Experience in developing test automation libraries using Python
- Experience in developing UI Test Automation suites using UI Test Automation Tools (AutoIt or any other UI Test Automation Tools)
- Knowledge about SDLC and STLC
- Experience in preparing test plan
- Ability to write test cases to test the software products based on the requirements and design.
