You’ll play a key role in keeping Danfoss warehouses running smoothly and efficiently, supporting business‑critical operations across our global SAP landscape. Your expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management will directly enable reliable supply chains and great customer experiences.
 
You’ll work at the heart of our One ERP and S/4HANA journey, where modern technology meets real operational complexity. By translating business needs into robust SAP solutions, you’ll help standardize, simplify, and future‑proof warehouse processes worldwide.
 
As part of a high‑performing global ERP Service Enablement team, you’ll collaborate with skilled consultants who value knowledge sharing, trust, and continuous improvement—while making a visible impact every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support and stabilize SAP EWM solutions by resolving incidents and problems efficiently, ensuring reliable day‑to‑day warehouse operations.
  • Partner with business users to understand real operational needs and translate them into practical, compliant SAP EWM solutions.
  • Configure and enhance SAP EWM processes across inbound, outbound, inventory, and internal warehouse movements to improve performance and usability.
  • Contribute to testing and go‑live activities for S/4HANA and One ERP initiatives, including UAT and post‑go‑live support.
  • Share knowledge and mentor colleagues, strengthening team capability and promoting best practices across the global ERP community.

What We're Looking For

  • Hands‑on experience working with SAP EWM in a support or operational environment, covering core warehouse processes end to end.
  • Strong functional knowledge of warehouse operations such as inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, kitting, cross‑docking, and physical inventory.
  • Practical exposure to Decentralized EWM, MFS/MFC, RF or Fiori‑based warehouse execution.
  • Ability to analyze processes, perform fit‑gap assessments, and recommend improvements using S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Clear communication skills in spoken and written English, with confidence working in a global, cross‑functional team.
