Based in Loves Park, Illinois, with a hybrid work model, you will partner closely with leaders to influence hiring decisions, strengthen talent strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Your work will have a direct impact on how we attract and retain the talent that drives our business forward.

As a trusted advisor and talent ambassador, you will also lead and contribute to global talent acquisition initiatives, share best practices across teams, and help advance more inclusive, effective ways of hiring.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with hiring managers across the Americas to understand future talent needs, shape hiring strategies, and deliver hiring outcomes that support long-term business goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including executive and senior-level hiring, while influencing key hiring decisions through insight, data, and market expertise.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and build strategic talent pipelines for future organizational needs​, setting a focus on our early career initiatives and partnerships with key educational institutions and identifying new ways to attract diverse and high-performing talent.
• Coach and train hiring managers, Business HR, and Talent Acquisition colleagues through onboarding, upskilling, and learning sessions that strengthen recruitment capabilities across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leading global talent acquisition projects, challenging the status quo, sharing best practices, and championing new technologies.

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning discussions and strategic Talent Acquisition projects in a complex and global environment
• Strong capability in sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and engaging candidates using modern recruitment methods and market tools
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted partnerships with strategical stakeholders
• Excellent communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills across different cultures and organizational levels
• Professional fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus

What You'll Get from Us

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $120,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
