The Impact You'll Make
As our Senior Test Automation Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, maintaining, and evolving automated test systems and data infrastructure that enable reliable compressor testing in our Engineering Test Lab in Tallahassee.
Your impact? Accurate measurements, trusted test data, and dependable lab automation systems that allow engineering teams to make confident, data-driven decisions. Your work will improve lab uptime, strengthen data integrity through disciplined calibration practices, and support scalable, future-ready test architectures.
You’ll collaborate closely with Lab Engineering, Testing, and cross-functional R&D teams, taking ownership of test automation software, PLC-based systems, instrumentation, calibration programs, and test data workflows, helping us build a more efficient, compliant, and forward-looking laboratory environment.
This is an in-office role based at our Turbocor Global Headquarters in Tallahassee, FL
