The Impact You'll Make
As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the Danfoss Climate Solutions products and application locally and regionally.
The role accelerates development of solution service provider in the Asia-Pacific Region (APR) for Danfoss which helps us to differentiate from our competition.
You’ll collaborate with various teams, internal and external stake holders to take ownership of technical aspect and trainings, helping us move toward a more innovative and sustainable future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Review all application for all Danfoss products– Recheck and ensure that customers use Danfoss product in the proper way
- Provide Technical Support to sales and carry out troubleshooting processes for service partners/direct customers
- Work closely with sales team to meet sales target and growth - action based on agreed sales and marketing plans
- Review new applications and recommend the usage, helping customer at the design stage.
- Train customer and internal colleagues regarding Danfoss’s product/application.
What We're Looking For
- Preferably 5 years’ experience and above in the HVAC&R industry
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electric/electronics/HVACR
- Team player - ability to work with international teams in a global matrix organization
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Fluent in English (proficiency in technical terminologies) is a plus
