Danfoss Korea는 HVAC&R 분야에 대한 전문 지식과 리더십을 갖춘 Application Engineering Manager를 모집합니다.

한국 시장에서 고객 기술 지원, 솔루션 제안, 팀 관리를 총괄하며 비즈니스 성장과 기술 경쟁력 강화를 이끄는 핵심 직무입니다.

냉동 및 공조 시스템 설계, 응용 기술, 관련 규제에 대한 깊은 이해를 요구하며, 연구개발(R&D) 경험이 있는 분을 우대합니다.

Job Responsibilities

HVAC&R 전문 엔지니어 팀 리딩 및 육성

세일즈, 마케팅, 제품 개발팀과 협업하여 고객 맞춤 기술 지원 제공

제품 선정, 커스터마이징, 규정 준수 지원

고객 워크숍, 기술 세미나, 트레이닝 운영

한국 고객과 글로벌 제품 개발팀 간 기술 커뮤니케이션 담당

Background & Skills

기계공학 또는 냉동공조 관련 학사 또는 석사 (석사 우대)

HVAC&R 분야 경력 10년 이상, 시스템 설계 및 응용기술 전문성

팀리더 경험 우대

연구개발(R&D) 경험 우대

커뮤니케이션 능력, 고객 중심 사고, 팀워크

영어 능통 우대
