Job Description
Danfoss is looking for a Logistics Specialist with knowledge of Understanding and complying with related regulations. To do the import related business of the product, manage and respond to requests of the internal customers. Communicate smoothly with service providers and optimize delivery schedules to meet customer's order requested date. Optimize management of logistics operations through efficient operation and management of warehouses.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

- Coordinate whole import process such as import declaration, lead time, COO, Irregularity handling
- Customs refund follow-up
- FTA Follow-up: issue country of origin certificate as per customer request & Submitting country of origin for applying FTA benefit
- Prepares documentation for payment of vendors, suppliers and other third parties as applicable
- Follow up related local & global logistics project
- Export handling

- Practical experience in classification, import/export documentation requirements influencing customs clearance & trade compliance
- Working experience of SAP, proficient in MS office applications
- Experience of Vendor(Service provider) management : Freight forwarders and customs clearance agents
- Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English
