You will be a trusted technical partner for customers across Scandinavia, helping them keep critical drive systems running reliably and efficiently. Your work directly supports customer uptime, safety, and long-term performance.
By combining hands-on technical problem solving with clear and confident communication, you will turn complex challenges into positive customer experiences. You will play a key role in strengthening customer trust in Danfoss Drives.
You will join a highly skilled, international service organization where knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and collaboration are part of everyday work.
Position is located in Holmestrand or Sandvika
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and resolve technical service cases for drive solutions, ensuring fast, high-quality outcomes for customers
- Work directly with customers to understand issues, explain solutions, and build long-term relationships
- Coordinate with regional service, sales, and partner teams to deliver effective and aligned support
- Perform occasional on-site troubleshooting for complex cases across the region (around 20 travel days per year)
- Share insights and best practices to continuously improve service quality and ways of working
What We're Looking For
- A technical background in electrical engineering or a related field, with the ability to understand drive systems
- Experience with variable speed drives, or a strong willingness to learn the new IC7 platform and Danfoss VLT® and VACON® solutions.
- Confidence in reading electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Good communication skills in English and Norwegian written and spoken
- A structured, customer-focused approach to problem solving and case ownership
