You will play a key role in shaping how customers experience Danfoss Turbocor® service worldwide. By strengthening and growing a trusted service partner network, you ensure customers receive consistent, high‑quality support wherever they operate.
Acting as the voice of the customer, you will influence how aftermarket digital tools and services are launched, adopted, and improved. Your insights help Danfoss deliver solutions that simplify daily work, strengthen brand loyalty, and drive profitable growth.
This role connects customers, service partners, and global teams. Through collaboration and insight, you help turn market needs into action while supporting Danfoss’ mission to engineer a more sustainable future.
This position is ideally based in Tallahassee, Florida, where our Turbocor global headquarters is located. We are seeking candidates who are open to relocating and working on site to collaborate closely with our local and global teams. However, we are open to considering highly qualified candidates for a remote work arrangement based on experience and business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and manage the Turbocor® Approved Service Provider (TASP) network, expanding global coverage while ensuring consistent service quality and customer trust.
- Engage directly with customers worldwide to understand aftermarket and digital service needs, translating feedback into clear opportunities for improvement and adoption.
- Collaborate across sales, service, product management, and application engineering to ensure new services and tools are ready for launch and supported from day one.
- Support customer onboarding and engagement for aftermarket digital tools, helping customers quickly see value and adopt new solutions.
- Track service network performance and growth plans, identifying risks, gaps, and improvement actions and sharing clear updates with Global Service leadership
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a combination of a technical degree and relevant experience in HVAC industry.
- Experience working with complex systems that integrate software, electrical, or electro‑mechanical components.
- Working knowledge of key IT tools, including MS Office and SAP (Business Intelligence / reporting environments).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and customer groups.
- The ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives in a global, customer‑facing role.
- Willingness and ability to travel globally to engage customers and service partners.
