What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and develop service opportunities within the installed base to drive lifecycle business growth.
- Support service sales activities including quoting, pipeline follow-up, and customer engagement to increase conversion and revenue.
- Take ownership of service execution after order intake by coordinating internal teams, service partners, and field resources, ensuring smooth handover from sales to delivery.
- Perform selected field service activities such as troubleshooting, commissioning support, site inspections, service audits, and technical assessments when required.
- Enable sales teams and partners by delivering training, insights, and customer-focused solutions that strengthen service capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics,Control & Automation Engineering or in a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in service sales, field service, or industrial applications with a strong customer-facing mindset.
- Solid technical understanding of drives, automation, or electrical systems, including troubleshooting and commissioning basics
- Ability to combine commercial thinking with technical problem-solving to identify and capture opportunities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Self-driven and proactive approach with the ability to manage both field activities and service coordination.
- Fluency in English and Turkish is a must.
