What You’ll Be Doing

1. Oversee month-end closing procedures for HDs CNR
2. Manage standard cost updates, variance analysis and inventory control
3. Prepare quarterly forecast and yearly budget for CN
4. Support CAPEX planning and fixed asset verification
5. Provide monthly management report with insights and analysis to CNSC,CNR leader and global HD
6. Partner with operation/R&D/ supply chain team to provide financial insights
7. Provide ad hoc supports to dive continuous performance improvement in CN business
8. Share learning and provide financial training to no-financial team 
9. Provide support with general accounting and control activities
10.Other tasks assigned by local and global stakeholders

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field
- Experience in finance analysis and reporting roles within the production/manufacturing industries
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of tools such as SAP/Business Warehouse, Hyperion Financial Management, or Power BI.
- Fluent in English
