Job Description

Danfoss is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to establish and maintain good relationships with customers.

Job Responsibilities

Act promptly and effectively within agreed service levels to ensure the Leading Class Service delivery
Perform L1 agent functions; handle incoming calls with professional telephone etiquettes; follow scripts when required and applicable
Answer basic customer inquiries based on the L1 base knowledge and in line with company and team policies and procedures
Thorough understanding of SOP and requested standard service delivery.
Solve customer inquiries with excellent communication skill and transfer calls to relevant departments when needed
Able to work collaboratively with various partners to resolve customer issues.
Help to identify service demands and gaps required by customers which we are unable to fulfill now
Track customer complaint resolution

Background & Skills

Bachelor's degree 
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills and ability to effectively work with people of varying backgrounds at different levels.
Strong initiative, handling conflicts, excellent organization, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent team work spirits.
Working knowledge of ERP and CRM etc. system.
