What You’ll Be Doing

• Collect the information of marketing intelligence, customer orders, customer forecasts, and project phase in /out on monthly basis.
• Align with Divisions and Sales/Marketing to generate the monthly demand plan.
• Maintain the monthly demand plan in system.
• Facilitate S&OP meetings
• Track the demand variation on product sets level and customer level.
• Improve the demand planning process to achieve better DFA (demand forecast accuracy)

What We're Looking For

• University degree with the major of Statistics preferred
• At least 3 years’ working experience in the field of demand planning
• Solid SAP knowledge
• Good English skill and Microsoft office software knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Performance evaluation: DFA (demand forecast accuracy) & Demand traceability and transparency
