Job Description

Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator where you can challenge yourself by managing a versatile and comprehensive position with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure the Smooth Daily Operation (30%)

  • Daily execution in logistics operation, ensuring that agreed processes are followed and the KPIs (SLA) are achieved  
  • Responsible for the management of inventory balance, data integrity and system update
  • Ensure the warehouse capacity to match the needs of the BU/s

Act with Front-line Passion to Improve Customer Experience (30%)

  • Provide the accurate/customized solution to meet customer’s expectation
  • Handle the complaints and solve the issues within agreed timeline
  • Visit Customers by providing the one-stop solution together with other segments

Drive the Continuous Improvement and Cost Saving (25%)

  • Process mapping/upgrades with the internal stakeholders (Sales, Fulfilment, IT, Finance etc.) on new/changed business requirements.
  • Timely maintain and update SOPs in accordance with the compliance purpose  

3PL Management to Keep High Performance (15%)

  • Manage relation with 3PL in terms of on-time, capacity, quality, cost and service mindset
  • Evaluate KPI results with external 3PL partners. Put in corrective action plans to improve the performance

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar, within 2 years of logistics related experience is required.  
  • Outstanding skills within communication, coordination, organization, analysis.
  • As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Committed team player with the ability to simplify things to secure effective and successful implementation of the initiatives you lead.
