Job Description: 

The Impact You'll Make

This will be a executionary strategy role within Editron's Business Strategy & Development team, requiring a self-leading individual to lead and implement strategic programs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Divisional Strategy & Program Coordination

  • Lead strategic projects out of China, focusing on developing programs that enable Danfoss Editron to win in the leading electrification market
  • Coordinate strategy projects with Group / Segment Strategy, ensuring consistency with Danfoss direction
  • Contribute to China strategy development and direction setting, including supporting portfolio roadmaps, manufacturing strategy, market positioning, and partnership set-up

Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and trend analysis across off-highway electrification verticals
  • Build and maintain competitive intelligence on product portfolios, pricing, technology roadmaps, and positioning

Strategic Partnerships Support

  • Own the partner development pipeline: identification, screening, structuring, and ongoing relationship management for China
  • Support negotiation of partnership frameworks, including supplier agreements, letter of intents, joint venture scoping, etc.

What We're Looking For

  • Business-level Mandarin and English fluency
  • Master’s degree in international business, strategy, finance, engineering, industrial management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years in business strategy, consulting, business development, program management, or a similar role
  • A background and understanding of electrification in the off-highway, Marine, or on-highway market
  • A history of leadership in projects and/or people with comfort in presenting to executive levels
