The Impact You'll Make

Managing the team of Engineers and Lead Engineers in the region, and securing the deliveries from these roles. Aligning the development and maintenance of tools and processes for supplier approval and development, with other SQ managers. Accountable for the evaluation of suppliers’ QMS systems and change management/continual improvement processes and for monitoring  and quality performance of suppliers in the region. Accountable for achieving and maintaining positive relationship to suppliers as well as to Business Units.

What You’ll Be Doing

When perfoming work, it complies with the applicable regulations Work Regulations, local regulatons in the feld of quality, envronment and OHS, and other
organizational standards and regulations.
Control and assurance of compliance with OHS regulations.
Alocation and prortation of resources, acording to the 2 roles (Engineers and Lead Engneers and delveries from roles, agred targets from each employes and agreed assignments with Business Units, New Product Development and major/risk Sourcing Projects.
Hire and retain employees, according to organisational plans.
Deep understanding and application of key processes handing non-confomities, developing new products & processes, managing the suplier base)
Set personal targets, and secure each employee has a relevant Indvidual Development Plan (DP) with respectto the role(s), tasks and responsbilites he/she hasRegulary follow up and supporting/guiding the employees.
Decide regulary meetings with stakeholders, Procurement project managers, Quality Managers in BU.
Venfication of employes pertormance, folow up on agreed targets, resuls and plans and advice and coach employees in achierng her lerget Organize knowecdgesharing within own department and globally.
Support optimzation and globaly deploy common tools and methods. Set up toolmethod improvementteams and drive mprovements.
Regulary validation of tasks, status, reports project information, in order to be able to adjust resources, develop competences in own department.
Ensure suplers in the region, is contolled by reports, audits, development plans, in order to discover possible risk suppliers and high impact at DPS suplier Chain. Effectiveness rating of corrective actions in the SIR reporting system.

What We're Looking For

Detailed process capability and MSA gage studies for identified important features by using data from existing similar parts and processes
PMR is a detailed review of the technical aspects of the drawings and proposed process by the supplier. Cross functional team including supplier, quality, engineering, and procurement
Ensure all aspects of the PPAP requirements from Danfoss are cleary defined, are understood by the supplier, the supplier completes all documents throughly, and the PPAP submission meets all Danfoss expectations.
Run at rate review and analysis of the suppliers process. Review all steps from the process follow, verify PFMEA, control plans, etc to verify compliance to submited PPAP. Identify gaps and follow through to ensure gaps are closed
Utili ze the QN system (Quality Notification System) to document any production failures in serial production and the suppliers identify system level root cause and implement appropriate long term corrective actions
Conducts product and process audits at pre-launch stage to identify gaps and risks. Ensures suppliers implement actions to close gaps before launch
Control Ship Levels-implements controled ship levels as required to contain quality issues after launch
Feasibility Study, Pre-Manufacturing Review (PMR), PAPA, On-site-PPAP, Corrective Actions at suppliers, Product and process Audits, QMS Audits, Reviews of engineern g specifications
