Regional Sales Manager (HVAC)

What You’ll Be Doing

1 Be responsible for HD HVAC product sales in eastern reigon of China, focus on Shanghai, Jiang Su, Zhe Jiang, Fu Jian, He Fei and Jiang Xi.
2 Develop and manage the distributor channel customers, gain the marketing share and promote the branding in region. 
3 Make monthly sales plan and achieve the yearly sales goal according the target.
4 Sales team managment including sales team coaching, pipeline managment and frontline sales skill development.
5 Follow the behavior request of the organization. 

What We're Looking For

1 Above 8 years’  project sales  experience in HVAC vertical and sales team managment experience is valuable
2 Practical technical experience, prefer the experience on site of projects
3 Bachelor degree or above, majoring in refrigeration or electric and automation engineering is a plus  
4 Team work with cross function team member and be proactive and patient in the daily work
5 Willing to learn and study new skill/knowledge. Be curious in new technology/application
6 Basic English reading and writing is requested.Good at technical English is preferred
