The Impact You'll Make

The Warehouse Inventory Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving inventory accuracy within the warehouse. This role ensures timely and accurate data entry, identifies discrepancies, and supports continuous improvement of inventory control processes to meet operational and customer service goals.

This is a 1st Shift position, working Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or weekend work during inventory peaks 

What You’ll Be Doing

Inventory Accuracy & Control

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and reconcile variances.
• Investigate discrepancies, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP systems.
• Monitor stock levels, adjustments, and inventory transactions for accuracy.

Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze inventory trends, shrinkage, and accuracy metrics to identify patterns or risks.
• Develop and maintain inventory KPI dashboards and reports.
• Prepare periodic inventory accuracy and cycle count reports for leadership.

Process Improvement
• Review current inventory control processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Assist in designing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory handling.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as lean practices, layout changes, or slotting optimization.

Operational Support
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and annual audits.
• Support receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping teams with inventory-related inquiries.
• Assist in resolving system issues, barcode scanning errors, or transaction discrepancies.
• Train warehouse team members on proper inventory practices and system usage.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field preferred. 
• Two (2)+ years experience in warehouse inventory control or logistics environment.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Manhattan, or similar).
• Strong understanding of inventory control concepts (FIFO, cycle counting, SKU management). 

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in warehouse conditions (temperature variations, noise, standing/walking).
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs. as needed.
• Frequent standing, bending, and reaching required.
