What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and coordinate outbound shipments to meet customer delivery requirements and improve on-time performance
- Schedule and manage carrier pickups to ensure efficient, cost-effective transportation
- Prepare and validate shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, invoices, international paperwork) to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Monitor delivery performance and analyze trends to identify root causes and drive improvements
- Support daily shipping operations and team coordination to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflows
What We're Looking For
- Experience coordinating shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of shipping documentation, including domestic and international requirements (e.g., Canada and Mexico)
- Comfort using ERP systems (such as SAP or Axapta) and Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently while collaborating effectively with others
- Strong communication skills for working with internal teams, carriers, and customers
