Employment Type:  Part Time

Job Category:  R&D, Technology and Engineering
Work Location Type:  On-site
Job Title:  Technical Support Student

The Impact You'll Make

From the first electronic TRV, an invention that traces back to our founder, to today's connected room controls, Danfoss has spent decades pioneering this space. As part of our Clear Leap 2030 strategy, we're pushing further into digital products and growing our market share, and we need someone curious enough to help us document and support the technology that makes it possible.

You'll get daily hands-on exposure to how a global engineering team turns technical complexity into clear, usable knowledge, with close support and guidance built into your everyday work. It's a chance to see how a market-leading product line actually runs, from the inside.

If you're an engineering student who loves getting into the technical detail, and you're curious about how AI tools can speed that work up, this is a role where your curiosity will be put straight to use

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keep our technical literature accurate and clear, updating and correcting documentation to ensure accuracy and customer clarity.

  • Maintaining and updating product home pages with latest information, FAQs, and relevant resource.

  • Manage our product store, uploading and updating literature and making sure all information and assets are correct and up to date.

  • Support and coordinate field tests for new and existing products, gathering feedback and providing input for successful implementation.

  • Assist in benchmarking our products against competitors to identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide first and second-line technical support to markets and customers via email, Microsoft Teams, and App Store/Play Store reviews for electronic thermostats and controls.

What We're Looking For

  • You're an engineering student, ideally in your 1st or 2nd semester.

  • You have a genuine technical interest, both mechanical and digital.

  • You bring a customer focused mindset and can think through problems from a user's perspective.

  • You're comfortable exploring and applying AI tools in your work.

  • You're available 10–15 hours per week, based in Silkeborg, Denmark (or Sofia, Bulgaria)

What You'll Get from Us

  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.

  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.

  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected and valued for who they are.

  • You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re great.
