The Impact You'll Make
As our Global Manufacturing Engineer for Data Center Liquid Cooling (DCLC), you will shape how advanced liquid-cooling products are built across our global manufacturing network. You will develop, industrialize, and standardize the processes that enable consistent quality, competitive cost, and scalable growth.
Your impact will be visible in capable new-product launches, common production standards, reduced process variation, and factories and suppliers that can replicate proven manufacturing systems with confidence.
You'll collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, plant leadership, and global suppliers while taking ownership of industrialization, process standards, capability, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and maintain global manufacturing standards for assembly, leak testing, brazing and welding, machining, inspection, and final product validation.
- Lead new-product industrialization through process definition, tooling and fixture development, pilot builds, capability studies, and global process handoff.
- Drive Lean improvement, process audits, shared KPIs, and structured problem solving to improve throughput, cost, quality, safety, and ergonomics.
- Partner with Quality to align PFMEAs, control plans, testing, inspection, PPAP, FAI, validation, and risk-mitigation practices across sites.
- Assess and support plants and suppliers, scale capacity by replicating proven production systems, and advance automation, digital tools, in-line quality, and robotics.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of manufacturing-engineering experience in a multi-plant or global role.
- Proven experience standardizing and industrializing manufacturing processes across multiple sites, ideally for complex mechanical, thermal, or fluid systems.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, DOE, SPC, PFMEA, process capability, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action methods.
- A global mindset with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills and the ability to lead initiatives across cultures and time zones.
What You'll Get from Us
- We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
- You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
- We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
- You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
