Job Responsibilities
As an Application Software Developer, you will develop and maintain web and cross-platform mobile applications. You will collaborate with the development team, project managers, and stakeholders to create software solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using tools like Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Create user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Test and debug applications to ensure high quality.
- Collaborate with QA to fix defects and performance issues.
- Stay current with trends in web and mobile app development.
- Integrate applications with existing systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users.
- Document software designs and processes for future reference.

Key Requirements for the Position:
- Bachelor's or master’s in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of software development experience.
- Proven experience with Flutter (Dart), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in building dynamic user interfaces and interactive web applications using React.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Skills That Improve Your Candidacy:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or Java.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration.
- Experience with SQL and Time Series databases like MongoDB and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of program interface to devices using BLE, Modbus, RS232, etc.
- Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
