The Impact You'll Make
As a Customer Service Specialist at DEVI by Danfoss PL21 Electric Heating, you will ensure service excellence and enhancement of customer loyalty by handling customer support requests and performing outbound sales activities. Work closely with Sales teams, the Order Fulfillment team, and other departments delivering outstanding service and continuously improving customer experience.

The role directly reports to the Global Customer Service Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Handling general pre- and post-sales customer queries, calls, orders, and claims over phone or email to determine what products they need and by when.
- Providing basic technical support & advisory.
- Collaborating with Sales, Logistics, Fulfilment, and Warehouse teams to ensure that we are delivering to our customer’s expectations.
- Supporting fellow Customer Service team members, if needed.
- Order handling including handling incoming orders, releasing blocked orders.
- Managing data quality in SAP and CRM system - prices, extending products etc.
- Support reporting to Customer Services Manager, bonus management, and the Annual Price Review (APR) process
- Registering all customer queries in CRM (Salesforce.com) and following up when needed.
- Contributing to digital transformation to support excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience in Customer Service or Sales role.
- Proficiency in SAP (required), and Salesforce.com experience is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Great attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
- Customer Centric with a result-driven approach.
- Open to change and looking for continuous improvement areas in processes.
- Team player with good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian is essential.
