Job Description

Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator who is ready to take on new opportunities. The HR Coordinator provides HR support to the HR Manager, leaders and employees creating an engaged and productive workforce through Danfoss' policies, programs and practices. 

 

This position will provide direct support for: recruiting and on-boarding, payroll administration, company sponsored events, compliance with all applicable policies and procedures, benefits Administration, leave management, employee education and training, immigration management, HR auditing and reporting.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

 

  • Support HR to ensure the quality/quantity of employee records and information, effectively manage processes, work with employees on self-service issues
  • Effectively support the communication with employees (at all levels) to inform, assist and problem solve on various issues across the variety of HR process-oriented issues including payroll, benefits, leaves of absence, training                  
  • Prepare and process information in support of new hire recruitment, employee transfer, employee termination, on-boarding, off-boarding, benefit administration
  • Support HR organization and hiring manager (if needed) to assist in the coordination, logistics and information gathering and data entry process in support of recruitment
  • Local payroll administration, including data maintaince, communication with outsourcing agency, controlling of payroll outputs and payments
  • HR reporting and employees´ data maintenance, time & attendance system maintenance

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.   

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with HR admin or payrolling
  • Native in Bulgarian, good level of English
  • University degree
  • Excellent positive communication skills and ability to develop interpersonal relationships with employees at all company levels
  • Knowledge of HR operations and labour law
  •  Usage experience of Excel and other MS Office tools
