The Impact You'll Make

As our Logistics Planner, you'll play a key role in building and improving end-to-end processes supporting material supply, production planning, and inbound logistics for our production operations in Sofia.

Your impact? With your work, you'll help ensure a smooth flow of materials and finished goods, balancing customer demand, production capacity, inventory, and supplier performance. You'll work at the heart of the supply chain, connecting Procurement, Suppliers, Warehouse, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain Management to keep operations running efficiently and customers supplied on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and secure material availability by managing raw material orders, purchase order dates, safety stocks, supplier lead times, capacities, transportation methods, and on-time delivery performance.
• Coordinate inbound logistics and inventory flows, including goods receipt and issue, stock levels, scrap, stocktaking, consignment and subcontracting stock, customs clearance, and shipments.
• Create and maintain production plans based on customer demand, production capacity, and material availability; release production orders and follow up on execution and confirmations together with Production.
• Maintain accurate SAP and master data, including purchase order confirmations, material master data, finished goods data, costing inputs, and distribution center stock information.
• Collaborate across the supply chain with Procurement, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain Management to resolve shortages, adjust material flows to changing demand, support planning activities, and ensure timely availability of finished goods.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, logistics, material planning, production planning, or a similar operational role.
• Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and Business Intelligence tools is an advantage.
• Fluent English, with strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and with external suppliers.
• Proactive, analytical, and well-organized mindset, with the ability to manage priorities, solve problems, negotiate with suppliers, and take ownership in a fast-moving environment.
