We’re looking for a Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Specialist with a sharp analytical mind, a proactive spirit, and the confidence to lead in a fast-paced global environment.

As our new S&OE Specialist, you’ll be the early warning system, the decision enabler, and the calm in the storm—transforming data into clarity and driving impactful decisions when they matter most.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Launch and lead the Sales & Operations Execution process
  • Monitor real-time shifts between demand and supply at a tactical level
  • Collaborate across functions to align priorities and actions
  • Drive fast, data-driven decisions through indirect leadership and matrix management
  • Ensure structured prioritization and consistent follow-through

What We're Looking For

 

  • 2–3 years of experience in S&OE, SIOP, or Production/Operations Planning in a multinational setting
  • Solid understanding of order handling and MRP planning
  • Proven leadership—direct or indirect (2–3 years)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and crisis management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (handling large datasets)
  • Experience with SAP and Anaplan (a plus!)
  • A structured, analytical mindset with a bias for execution
