What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across EMEA, ensuring stable, secure, and reliable connectivity for manufacturing sites, offices, and data centers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex routing, switching, wireless, and network connectivity issues while contributing to major incident and problem management activities.
- Deliver and support network infrastructure projects, including lifecycle upgrades, office relocations, site expansions, and new site deployments.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities, performing root cause analysis, and contributing to automation initiatives.
- Create and maintain high-quality network documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge resources that support efficient operations and team collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer supporting enterprise-scale network environments.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, routing (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, STP, subnetting, VPN technologies, wireless networking, and network security concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Aruba switches, Aruba Wireless, Aruba Central, ClearPass, and network monitoring tools.
- Experience installing, upgrading, and supporting network infrastructure in complex business environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with a customer-focused approach and experience working across different countries and cultures.
- Experience with SD-WAN, scripting, automation, ITIL practices, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
