Become a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Security & Software Solutions at Danfoss Power Solutions! You will lead end-to-end delivery of software solutions and development tools, with a focus on cybersecurity as a key priority area. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead software and tool development projects from planning to delivery to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
- Drive project execution and team alignment to keep activities on track, transparent, and within scope and budget
- Apply agile ways of working to improve team efficiency, enable fast decisions, and support continuous learning
- Collaborate across functions and stakeholders to translate requirements into deliverable solutions
- Proactively identify and raise risks impacting project execution or on-time delivery to enable early mitigation and ensure successful outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing software development projects, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity
- Ability to lead in complex, cross-functional environments and keep projects moving efficiently
- Understanding of software development processes and project management practices
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and risk awareness in software projects
- Confident English communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
