As our Sourcing Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving cost-effective sourcing strategies and leading end-to-end procurement and NPD projects within the Controls and Thermal Management Segment at our Apodaca facility.

You’ll collaborate with Category Managers, the Cost Down Engineering Team, and cross-functional partners while taking ownership of the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution and closure—helping us move toward a more efficient and sustainable future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end procurement projects, ensuring timely delivery of desired outcomes.
- Define deliverables, track milestones, manage risks, and implement contingency plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Act as the single point of contact for technical and commercial supplier processes in NPD projects.
- Support planning, resourcing, and execution of transformation programs using best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, supply chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience running global and local procurement projects in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven project management and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Hands-on experience in SAP, BI, and reporting tools, plus strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
