As our Senior Supervisor, Production, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of production operations to meet customer demand, optimize inventory levels, and support on-time delivery performance. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead all production supervisors and operational personnel within the assigned value stream or shift to achieve SQDC performance, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of standardized work.
- Ensure full compliance with the production schedule by coordinating capacity, materials, staffing, and equipment availability with Planning and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a strong safety and quality culture through proper employee training, certification, coaching, audits, and reinforcement of operational and compliance standards.
- Clearly communicate operational goals, customer requirements, company values, and performance expectations to production supervisors and their teams.
- Evaluate, coach, and manage the performance, attendance, discipline, and adherence to standard work of supervisors and their respective teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Administration.
- Experience as a Senior Supervisor, with 3 years in a Maquila environment and 1-3 years in fields such as Production, Engineering, or Logistics.
- Applied knowledge of process approach and operational quality practices, as well as management of SQDC metrics and problem-solving processes.
- Familiarity with PFMEA, PPAP, and continuous improvement tools, along with an understanding of quality audit systems.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all organizational levels and make decisions in dynamic environments.
