As the Senior Supervisor of Quality at Danfoss Reynosa, you will lead and supervise the quality operations team to ensure that inspection, verification, and documentation activities align with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer requirements. Your role is pivotal in overseeing non-conformities, internal audits, Core Tools deployment, containment, and corrective action effectiveness. You will support production, engineering, and customer-facing quality processes, driving defect prevention, risk reduction, and continuous improvement across all assigned areas. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise Quality Technicians and Auditors, ensuring inspections and documentation align with established standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, overseeing audits and maintaining records for timely closure of findings.
- Manage non-conforming products, executing containment actions to prevent recurrence and ensure traceability.
- Support customer quality processes, facilitating complaint handling, 8D investigations, and PPAP submissions.
- Drive Quality culture and continuous improvement, integrating QMS requirements into daily operations and promoting accountability.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Quality, or related Engineering field.
- 3–5 years of experience in quality operations or engineering in a manufacturing environment; supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plans) and knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in SAP or ERP systems (preferred).
