You will play a key role in strengthening our manufacturing foundation by designing, improving, and sustaining robust production processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop, standardize, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure stable, repeatable, and scalable production.
- Lead and support quality processes with a 0-defect mindset, ensuring customer requirements are met through preventive controls and root cause analysis.
- Define and implement robust technical solutions for machines, equipment, and process flows, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Productivity, OEE, and Cost, using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support industrialization, process changes, and projects from concept through sustained production.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering with a strong focus on process development and optimization.
- Solid understanding of quality management and problem-solving methods (e.g., root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions).
- Ability to work with technical documentation, specifications, and manufacturing standards.
- Hands-on mindset with experience improving equipment performance, process stability, and production efficiency.
- Advanced English communication skills to work effectively with production, quality, and engineering teams.
