The Impact You'll Make

 As our Strategic Buyer based in Annemasse, France, you’ll play a key role in driving cost‑effective procurement strategies while ensuring supplier performance, material availability, and operational excellence. Your work will directly support our financial goals, improve contribution margins, and strengthen the resilience of our supply chain.

 By collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you will help build a more strategic, efficient, and high‑performing procurement function.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive sourcing activities, material change management, and qualification processes including PPAP.
  • Support organizational objectives with emphasis on cost savings, supplier performance, and commercial impact.
  • Lead quotation analysis, contract evaluation, and negotiation to secure competitive terms.
  • Ensure supplier accountability for on‑time delivery performance and manage reimbursement or recovery claims when necessary.
  • Implement and negotiate inventory management solutions (e.g., CMI, VMI, 3PL) to optimize availability and cost.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing decisions with production, logistics, and sales priorities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar field,
  • 3+ years of procurement, supply chain, or supplier/parts management experience.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (Oracle, JD Edwards).
  • Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
  • Proven experience in negotiating quotes and contracts.
  • Familiarity with engineering changes and qualification activities (e.g., PPAP).
  • Fluent in English is required; French proficiency is preferred.
