You will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring the right materials and services are available at the right time, quality, and cost. Your work directly supports production continuity and customer satisfaction at our local manufacturing site.
As the main point of contact for suppliers, you will build strong, transparent partnerships that help Danfoss manage risk, improve performance, and adapt to changing demand. Your insights will influence decisions that matter across procurement, logistics, and operations.
In this on‑site role with occasional work from home, you’ll be close to the business, collaborating daily with colleagues to turn data, forecasts, and specifications into reliable supply solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage supplier performance across delivery, quality, and cost to support stable and efficient plant operations
- Monitor demand and forecast needs to ensure materials availability and minimize supply risks
- Analyze data and anticipate risks, developing control strategies and scenarios to enable proactive decision-making
- Perform cost and scenario analyses and benchmarking to identify savings opportunities and support continuous cost optimization
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align specifications, expectations, and change requirements
- Manage supplier contracts and master data, including logistics agreements, pricing, and material changes
What We're Looking For
- A degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field
- Experience in supplier or parts management within an international or complex manufacturing environment
- Fluency in English for daily collaboration with global and local partners
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and engineering drawings
- Working knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems such as SAP; exposure to PPAP is an advantage
