As our Student Production Planning, you’ll play a key role in Support the production planning team in updating and maintaining production schedules in SAP/ERP systems.
Your impact? Follow up with production teams to monitor order priorities and ensure alignment with production plans
You’ll collaborate with teams and take ownership of tools, helping us move toward a more efficient future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor production orders and assist in tracking order progress and completion status
- Support customer order entry and order updates in the ERP system
- Assist in monitoring customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment
- Track deliveries and assist in identifying and resolving shipment delays or issues
- Support documentation and preparation of shipping instructions and related logistics documentation
What We're Looking For
- At least one year remaining before graduation
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative
- Good communication and teamwork skills
