You’ll collaborate with process and product development, quality, and production teams, and take ownership of test preparation, data evaluation, and documentation, helping us move toward a more innovative, efficient, and data-driven future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support development projects by preparing, designing, and realizing test samples and modules using specialized equipment such as soldering, ultrasonic welding, bonding, and SAM scanning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and production on testing initiatives and process optimization activities
- Analyze experimental data using Excel and statistical methods, and translate results into clear reports, visualizations, and actionable insights
- Work hands-on with manufacturing and inspection technologies to evaluate process performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Continuously learn and apply new tools, methods, and technologies to improve data analysis, testing approaches, and process outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Current student in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, or similar
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization) and solid understanding of statistical data analysis
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional engineering teams
- Good written communication skills in English (intermediate to upper-intermediate level) for reporting and documentation
- A proactive, curious, and hands-on mindset with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement
