The Impact You'll Make

As our Summer Trainee, NPI (New Product Introduction) in Product Development, you will play a key role in bringing our new products into manufacturing, sales, and service.

 

Your impact? You will directly improve our Time to Market, helping innovations reach customers faster while gaining a holistic view of the entire product development lifecycle. You will support our Industrial Drives Product Teams by handling NPI tasks and coordinating with stakeholders across the business.

 

You’ll collaborate with end-to-end Product Teams and contribute to core processes that help us move toward a more efficient and integrated future.

Position is located in Vaasa, Finland. 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Support product teams by managing engineering data in IT systems and preparing documentation
  • Provide ordering support for prototype parts
  • Use your skills in data management and process coordination to improve Time to Market
  • Continuously learn and share knowledge to enhance how we operate

 

What We're Looking For

 

  • Completed at least 2 years of B.Sc. or M.Sc. studies in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Industrial Engineering or similar)
  • Experience with or eagerness to learn PLM systems
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Good communication skills in English and at least a basic command of Finnish
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement
