The Impact You'll Make

As Supervisor Maintenance at our Nordborg site, you will play a vital role in keeping one of Denmark’s largest hydraulic manufacturing facilities running safely, reliably, and efficiently. Your leadership will strengthen the performance of our production lines by ensuring that maintenance decisions are data-driven and rooted in continuous improvement.

You will lead a skilled and motivated maintenance team supporting Machining, Assembly, and Warehouse across three shifts. Through clear direction, empathetic leadership, and strong collaboration, you will help your team grow while securing high equipment availability and performance.

In this role, you will shape how we work with preventive maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and production support—driving our journey toward world‑class maintenance and creating a workplace where people thrive and feel proud of the impact they make.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and develop your maintenance team to build great capabilities, high engagement, and a safe and supportive working environment.
  • Drive preventive and corrective maintenance to secure stable production and high Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across both factories.
  • Coordinate daily priorities through visual management meetings and follow-up on deviations to support continuous improvement.
  • Plan and balance workforce allocation based on production needs and equipment demand to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to implement LEAN and TPM activities that strengthen long-term reliability.

What We're Looking For

  • A technical background and experience from a production environment where you have contributed to operational improvements.
  • Experience with maintenance systems such as IBM Maximo or similar.
  • Familiarity with LEAN principles and process optimization.
  • A structured, system-oriented approach to tasks and problem‑solving.
  • Great communication skills in Danish and English.

What You'll Get from Us

At Danfoss, you will join a workplace built on trust, teamwork, and a strong sense of purpose. You will have the opportunity to influence how we work with maintenance and shape future processes in a modern, data-driven production environment.

You can look forward to:

  • A role with real impact on performance, safety, and daily operations.
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth—both as a leader and technical specialist.
  • A supportive network of colleagues across functions and factories.
  • A work environment that prioritizes well-being, development, and collaboration.
  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
