Your impact? You’ll help secure on-time deliveries, improve supplier performance, and strengthen collaboration with both Danish and international suppliers—ensuring quality, transparency, and cost efficiency across procurement operations.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, factories, and external suppliers while taking ownership of operational procurement and logistics processes, helping us move toward a more efficient and resilient supply chain.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure an efficient and well-functioning supply chain by acting as the main point of contact between suppliers and factories
  • Monitor, analyze, and challenge supplier performance, with a strong focus on On-Time Delivery
  • Negotiate logistics-related matters with suppliers and drive continuous improvements in collaboration
  • Implement and secure cost savings as well as support ramp-up and ramp-down of new items and engineering changes
  • Continuously improve procurement and logistics processes while sharing knowledge within the team

What We're Looking For

  • A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field, or alternatively, a completed vocational training supplemented by solid professional experience, the right mindset, and a strong willingness to learn
  • Practical experience from a procurement, supplier operations, supply chain, or logistics role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong general IT skills with confidence in MS Office (especially Excel); experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage
  • Ability to work analytically and process-oriented, ensuring data accuracy, transparency, and reliable follow-through in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, improvement-driven mindset, combined with fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like an annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
