We are looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist to join our Centre of Excellence team in Chennai. In this role, you will drive project performance, strengthen governance, improve customer experience, and enable continuous improvement across complex projects and business operations.

You will collaborate with leaders, project teams, suppliers, and customers to identify opportunities, remove barriers, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project execution. What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive operational excellence by analyzing project pipelines, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending data-driven improvements to enhance business performance.
• Lead project governance through structured reviews, performance tracking, and proactive management of commercial, financial, technical, and execution risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to remove bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project execution.
• Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, reporting, and stakeholder communication that support informed decision-making and operational transparency.
• Champion customer-centric continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, delivery performance, governance, and overall customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in project management, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
• Strong expertise in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to analyze business performance, project metrics, and operational processes to drive improvements.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and customer-focused professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities, develop insightful reports and dashboards, and drive solution-oriented outcomes.
