 作为一名硬件工程师，专注于磁性器件的硬件开发工作，建立并提升中国研发团队在磁性器件设计领域的核心能力，支持新产品开发、产品优化及成本优化项目，同时提供EMC设计与整改支持，提升产品竞争力。

What You’ll Be Doing

1. 磁性器件开发与优化
负责变频器产品中磁性器件的设计、选型及优化，包括：
输入/输出电抗器；
共模电感；
EMI滤波器；
变压器等磁性器件。
负责磁性器件性能、效率、温升及可靠性优化。
推动磁性器件标准化、平台化设计及成本优化。撰写测试用例并实施。
2. EMC设计与技术支持
参与产品EMC方案设计与优化；
支持传导及辐射EMI问题分析与整改；
支持EMC测试、认证及相关技术问题解决；
协助建立EMC设计规范和设计经验库。
3. 产品开发支持
参与产品方案设计、设计评审及关键技术讨论；
支持PCB布局优化及硬件设计评审；
支持样机测试、问题分析及验证工作。
4. 产品优化与技术研究
支持新产品开发、产品维护及降本项目；
开展竞争产品分析及技术研究；
推动磁性器件及EMC相关技术能力建设和知识沉淀。

What We're Looking For

教育背景
电气工程、电力电子、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历。
专业能力
精通电抗器、共模电感、EMI滤波器、变压器等磁性器件设计理论及工程应用；
熟悉磁性材料特性、磁路设计及热设计分析；
熟悉EMC设计、测试及整改方法；
熟悉IEC、EN等EMC相关标准及认证要求；
熟悉电力电子产品开发流程及硬件设计方法；
具备独立分析和解决复杂技术问题的能力。
语言能力
能够参与全球研发项目，与海外研发团队进行技术讨论、设计评审及问题分析；
能够独立编写和汇报英文技术文档者优先。
其他要求
熟练使用磁场仿真或电磁仿真工具者优先；
熟练使用示波器、频谱分析仪等测试设备；
具备良好的跨团队沟通与协作能力；
具有成本优化、国产化替代或平台化开发经验者优先。
