Job Description

Management of procurement projects in matrix organization with cross functional teams to achieve project goal.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead cost down project from factory perspective. 
• Management of projects in matrix organization with cross functional teams (R&D, quality, manufacturing, Production)
• Establishing team resource needs, financial justification, schedules to achieve project goal.
• Identify potential opportunities of direct and indirect material related from design, localization, resourcing sides.
• Ensuring project execution is done per Danfoss Bock product development process.
• Supporting communication internally and externally to supplier when needed.

• Fluent in English
• High level of communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, analytical skills, well developed interpersonal skills and numeracy skills
• Ability to motivate people with great management and leadership skills
• Ability to lead project team to solve a complex problem in project.
• 6-10 years experience of project relate work.
• Experience in supplier quality management is preferred.
• Experience in casting or machining or electrical parts manufacturing process is preferred.
