本岗位聚焦工厂生产场景AI数字化落地，专注利用AI技术解决生产、品质、测试、办公流程中的实际痛点。
你将负责工厂AI模型的调试、部署、优化与维护，将AI能力深度导入制造现场，实现测试失效智能分析、视觉缺陷检测、流程自动化等功能，持续提升效率，实现生产环节提质、增效、降本，为工厂智能化升级提供核心技术支撑。
What You’ll Be Doing
- 制造场景AI落地应用
针对工厂产品外观质检、设备故障预测、生产参数智能调优、能耗智能管控等场景，独立搭建AI模型，实现故障原因智能归纳、不良趋势预判，或配合供应商完成AI模型部署、现场调试、场景适配工作；
对生产制造数据、测试数据进行清洗、归类，利用AI工具进行智能分析，输出分析结论，趋势，减少工程师重复统计工作； - 工厂AI助手&低代码AI应用开发
熟练使用 Microsoft Copilot Studio，搭建工厂AI专属智能体，包括问答机器人、流程助手、工艺知识库AI等；
独立搭建、调试、发布工厂自研AI应用，针对产线痛点定制AI工具、自动分析脚本、智能报表、异常预警工具； - 数字化效率提升与持续优化: 收集产线、品质、测试、工程团队痛点，持续开发迭代AI应用，将重复性分析、统计、查询、整理工作AI化；
- 输出AI落地成果、效率提升数据、降本案例，支撑工厂数字化改善汇报；
- AI能力普及赋能: 培训内部工程师使用AI工具，形成工厂常态化AI使用氛围；
What We're Looking For
学历专业：本科及以上学历，自动化、计算机科学、工业智能等相关专业；
技能要求
- 熟悉AI落地应用逻辑，具备制造业AI项目实战经验，懂视觉检测、数据分析、智能分析任意方向；
- 熟练掌握 Copilot Studio，可独立搭建、发布、调试企业级AI助手；
- 具备自建AI应用能力：能基于现有大模型接口、低代码平台、脚本工具，开发工厂实用小AI系统；
- 了解Python、数据分析、图像识别、数据处理优先；
素质要求
- 懂制造业逻辑：理解产线、测试、品质、失效分析流程，能够结合现场痛点做落地，不做纯纸面AI；
- 擅长发现问题、拆解流程、将人工工作转化为AI自动化；
- 务实、落地导向，愿意长期扎根工厂做数字化改善；
