We are searching for you in our locations in Graasten or Kolding in a hybrid role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into clear, effective hiring strategies
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer, ensuring quality, speed, and a positive candidate experience
- Build talent pipelines through proactive and creative sourcing for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Advise and challenge stakeholders to support inclusive, fair, and data-driven hiring decisions
- Collaborate globally with Talent Acquisition colleagues to share best practices and support global initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a global or matrixed environment
- Strong capability in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates using modern recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes while maintaining high quality and strong stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across cultures and seniority levels
- Full professional proficiency in English and Danish
