Based at our Vrbové manufacturing location, you act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, helping them build strong teams while ensuring a consistent and inclusive hiring journey.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a smooth, professional, and inclusive candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide guidance on effective and fair hiring decisions
- Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, university cooperation, and employer branding activities
- Provide local HR support including onboarding coordination, probation reviews, exit interviews, and HR documentation
- Support regional HR activities like satisfaction surveys and performance management processes
What We're Looking For
- Experience in talent acquisition, ideally in an international or matrix environment
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes end to end with structure and attention to quality
- Solid understanding of local HR processes and employment practices in Slovakia
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, working confidently with managers, employees and candidates
- Professional proficiency in English and Slovak
