As a Aftermarket Service and Training Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in improving aftermarket repair and manufacturing operations. Your work will help increase efficiency, enhance quality, and support sustainable manufacturing practices that keep products performing at their best.
Working alongside engineering, production, and operations teams, you’ll gain real-world experience solving manufacturing challenges, analyzing process performance, and implementing improvements that make a measurable impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing and repair processes to enhance operational performance.
- Analyze repair line performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions that improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Participate in root cause investigations for quality issues and help implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects.
- Create and maintain documentation for process setups, changeovers, equipment procedures, and standardized work instructions.
- Track and follow up on preventive maintenance activities to support equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Contribute to cost reduction, waste elimination, and yield improvement projects that drive operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, and production teams.
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to share ideas, findings, and recommendations.
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and take initiative in a manufacturing environment.
