The Impact You'll Make

As a Material Handler and Box Truck Driver, you’ll play a key role in keeping materials moving safely and efficiently between locations. Your work directly supports warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and the timely flow of products to internal teams.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of driving, warehouse operations, and inventory management. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help ensure materials arrive where they need to be, when they need to be there.

If you take pride in being dependable, organized, and safety-focused, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on daily operations and overall business success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a box truck to transport materials between company facilities while ensuring on-time deliveries and secure handling of goods.

  • Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques to support efficient warehouse operations.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records by processing material movements and transactions within the ERP system (SAP or similar).

  • Perform vehicle inspections, identify maintenance concerns, and help ensure equipment remains safe and operational.

  • Support warehouse organization, cycle counts, inventory audits, and cross-functional collaboration with warehouse, production, and leadership teams.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred if applicable to business needs.

  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, and/or delivery driving.

  • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks or the ability to become certified.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with team members.

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
