Job Description
The PMO Manger – PMI (Product Maintenance & Improvement) is responsible for all aspects of change control. This position is the global process owner for change control process in Danfoss Turbocor Compressors. Facilitate change control board for project approval for PMI projects. KPI metrics for projects and portfolio to drive transparency of time, cost, quality, and resources usages. Active manage the project portfolio with proactive input from business demands. Deliver competent and highly motivated project managers. PMO Manager - PMI is responsible for the SAP PDM (Product Data Management) process and will have direct management of resources for changes to Manufacturing Bill of Material (M-BOM), Engineering Change Notification (ECN), and variable configuration. Develop extended change control for Tallahassee, FL, Hiyan, China and Nordborg, Denmark plant in matrix context following same process. Actively manage resources allocation and secure resources in matrix organization. Managing internal customer expectations with manufacturing, supply chain and customer quality. This role will work in our Tallahassee, FL location. Domestic relocation is available for position. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without support.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Demonstrate project executions effectiveness with KPI
- Identify and address systematic roadblocks
- Establish company wide recognition for project execution
- High transparency with Dashboard
- Strong collaboration with functional managers to ensure effective capacity planning and resource allocation
- Streamline SAP release process
- Develop flexibility in execution style that includes agile and Kanban workflow style
- Develop highly competent teams that operate as role models for the organization
- Collaborate with functional managers to ensure all resources are trained and highly engaged in the project execution
- Develop high quality deliverables that drives value added risk mitigation, consistency, and clarity
- Minimize waste and drive efficient project execution with digitalization strategy with cloud-based tools including resources tracking

- Education and/or Experience: BS in Engineering or business with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in project management, supply chain, manufacturing, design.
- Ability to establish change control practices for the organization.
- Ability to effectively execute projects for change control both for small and large.
- Establish and streamline product data management (PDM) in SAP.
- Maintain ISO documents and turtles for change control in Danfoss Turbocor Compressors (DTC).
- Ability to train and mentor Project Managers and direct reports.
- Create a positive environment and enthusiasm throughout the organization with the new PMO organization by demonstrating wins and continuous improvements with data (KPI).
- Assess, learn, and implement new tools that improve the success of projects.
- Ability to effectively handle difficult or demanding personalities through communication and action.
- Excellent communicator and empathic listener.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures. Able to be flexible in working with colleagues in other time zones.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to use these skills to effect positive actions within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business or Engineering is a plus
