The Impact You'll Make

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a critical role in driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement within our manufacturing operation. You’ll help create an environment where team members are supported, developed, and empowered to perform at their best.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll partner closely with production leaders to solve problems, improve processes, and achieve operational goals. Your ability to coach, mentor, and lead by example will directly influence team performance and customer satisfaction.

You’ll spend time on the production floor helping teams overcome challenges, ensuring standards are met, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support daily production activities to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

• Coach, train, and develop team members through hands-on leadership, performance feedback, cross-training, and continuous skill development.

• Facilitate root cause problem solving, drive corrective actions, and champion continuous improvement initiatives using established operational tools and processes.

• Monitor productivity, quality, and process compliance, taking proactive action to remove obstacles and improve operational performance.

• Partner with supervisors, support teams, and employees to drive engagement, teamwork, 5S activities, and a culture of ownership and accountability.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience in a production environment.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members while fostering a collaborative team culture.

• Strong problem-solving skills with experience identifying issues, implementing solutions, and driving continuous improvement.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.
