As a SIOP Analyst Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain analytics. Your work will help improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory decisions, and support business planning processes that drive operational success.

In this role, you’ll develop valuable experience in Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) while building the technical and business foundation for a future career in supply chain planning and operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the demand planning process by maintaining, validating, deploying, and analyzing forecasts within planning tools such as Anaplan.
- Monitor customer demand trends, open orders, and forecast performance to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with inventory planning and optimization initiatives, including safety stock reviews, inventory analysis, and data governance activities.
- Analyze key supply chain and operational performance metrics, helping identify root causes and support corrective actions that improve business outcomes.
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytical tools while partnering with cross-functional teams on SIOP initiatives, process improvements, and strategic projects.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, supply chain operations, or manufacturing principles gained through coursework, projects, or internships.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and build productive working relationships.
